Do you offer shipping or local pickup?

Yes! We offer priority shipping in the US and free local pickup at our storefront in downtown Long Beach, CA. When checking out, simply select your preferred option. If picking up, come by during open hours to pickup your order.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30 day refund/exchange policy. You may return your items for a refund/exchange if item(s) are unused and in original condition from when you purchased the item(s). You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. If shipping, customers are responsible to pay for return shipping. Contact us via email to arrange a return whether shipping or in-person.

Once your item has been returned in good condition, we will refund the original form of payment or you may exchange the item for store credit.

We do NOT offer refunds/exchanges on plants or vintage clothing.

What does Cone 11 mean?

The name Cone 11 refers to a firing temperature that pottery gets fired up to in the kiln. Typically, Cone 10 is the highest temperature that pottery is fired to, so Cone 11 is just “a little bit extra”, in regards to it being a little bit extra space for our nextdoor community studio, Clay Pottery Studio.
